In September 2014, a surprise invitation came from Praveen to visit Lakshwadeep to conduct a training program on Vigilance matters. Although unwilling and about to tear the invitation letter, took a chance and submitted it to my Joint Secretary, Smt.Archana Verma for approval. She approved and I got the chance to visit Lakshwadweep the second time.
